• To monitor the status of your rebates and referrals, simply log in to your Gofiber account and then click "Refer and Earn".
• You may view your referral information in the dashboard. For reference, you can download the complete list of your referrals.
• Referrals with reference number starting with "SS" can be checked through this link:

• Your rebates will be processed once the installation and activation are completed in your referral鈥檚 end.
• If there are no validation issues, your rebate will reflect in your next billing statement.
• For any disputes, you may send an email to customercare@convergeict.com

• 聽For every successful referral, you will receive 50% rebate, equivalent to the half monthly fee of the subscribed plan of your referral.
• These rebates will be credited to your monthly billing statements and can be processed within 1 year from the date of activation of each successful referral.
• You may refer to the table below for the sample computation:

• To refer, click 鈥� "Refer Now 鈥� then select Member Get Member as referral type
• Register and then log in to your Gofiber account.
• Fill out the contact information and service address of your referral.
• If the address is serviceable, your referral will receive a unique link via SMS/Email.
• This link will allow your referral to continue with the application. The link will expire in five (5) days.
