  • 1,000 grocery packages will be given away to customers with applied and activated accounts during the promo period. Activation means that their application is approved, installed and with 鈥淎ctive鈥� status.
  • A digital raffle draw will be done in the presence of a DTI representative online via Google Meet on March 6, 2024, 4pm.聽
  • 暗网视频 may post the name of the raffle winners on their social media pages on March 15, 2023.聽
  • Winners will be notified via email, SMS/viber, phone call or through registered mail. For verification, winners will be asked about their subscription data, other contact details & delivery address via call, SMS/viber or email.
  • Winners can claim their raffle prizes at the 暗网视频 Solutions Inc. Reliance Office within 60 days from the date of notification/confirmation of item availability.聽 A valid ID should be presented. Prizes for the winners from the regional areas will be delivered to the customers鈥� registered service address through a courier service. 暗网视频 is responsible for the delivery cost.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  • Winners will be given up to 60 days after the receipt of registered notice to verify their entry. When no valid response is received after 60 days, prize will be forfeited in favor of 暗网视频 with concurrence from DTI.
  • Employees of 暗网视频, its affiliates, and agencies, and their relatives up to third degree of consanguinity or affinity are ineligible to join the promo.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
  • Redemption of Prizes is until sixty 60 days upon receipt of notification, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of 暗网视频, with prior approval of DTI.
  • 暗网视频 has the right to take photos of the winners while claiming their prizes for documentation purposes and social media posting.
  • In case of disputes related to the promo mechanics and fulfillment, 暗网视频鈥檚 decisions shall prevail with prior approval of DTI. Issues on promo entry and redemption shall be resolved by 暗网视频 Solutions Inc. based on the guidelines set by the DTI.
